We had the pleasure of staying at this beach home with our family of young kids and family friends with young kids. The location was perfection. It truly is 1 block to the shops/beach in York. The home is bright and clean with all the towels you could possibly need for your stay. There were some kids games and puzzles and a nice picnic table in the front lawn. Traci made the check in process easy and painless and reached out to make sure our needs were met. We will absolutely stay here again. Truly the perfect location and home for our needs with young kids

Perfect location! Wonderful property! Responsive host! We used this property for our party of 8 on our annual girls’ trip. It met ALL our needs. We all would return to this property again. Highly recommend!!!!

This property was so well located a block or so from Short Sands beach and downtown restaurants we were quite content there.We found the cottage to be very clean and nicely appointed and stocked with all amenities we needed.. Traci was very easy to work with a quickly available by text or phone. We plan to return!
