The cottage was great. Clean, simple, basic accommodations, nothing fancy but had all we needed. The location really is the star, can see the water and Boon Island Light from the screened in porch. The beds were very comfy, despite being pretty loud when turning over or getting in or out of bed. The kitchen was well-appointed, no dishwasher, we brought paper plates to cut down on post-meal chores. Overall a great week was enjoyed by our family and puppy.

My family and I recently returned from a wonderful stay at your rental property, and I wanted to share our overwhelmingly positive experience. The location was truly exceptional – a stone's throw from the expansive, pristine beach, offering immediate access to breathtaking sunrise walks and invigorating ocean breezes. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided; everything felt meticulously considered and contributed to a genuinely relaxing atmosphere. The comfortable beds ensured restful nights, and the spotless cleanliness of the property was truly remarkable.Our furry companion thoroughly enjoyed his stay as well. This made the vacation even more special, allowing us to enjoy the beach together as a family. We were particularly impressed by the responsiveness of the owner and hosts. Their prompt attention to our inquiries demonstrated a remarkable level of dedication to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Waking up each morning to the serene ocean views from the sunroom was an absolute highlight; the perfect way to begin each day of our vacation.In short, our stay exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect. The house is clean and meets basic needs. As other people mentioned the beds are very noisy. We have stayed here 2 years in a row and did not have an issue without air conditioning until our last day. It was unbearably hot and humid in there all day and night. Box fans are provided but if the whole week was hot I don’t think we could have managed.
