Great apartment for a family stay within the walls

Lovely location within the walls, ground floor apartment. Two good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and great decor. Friendly host, great comms. Bedding, towels and hand soap provided. Felt safe and had friendly neighbours. Key safe easy to use. Looks just like the photos.

Apartment does suffer with some rising damp. It is an old building so cannot be helped. It didn't bother us but might put off some people.

Location was really good and so was the host.

It has two bedrooms, bathrooms, and showers.

It didn’t have soap at sinks in bathrooms and only one bath towel, and hand towel for 4 or 5 days.

Perfect base for 3 days exploring Tuscany

The beds were very comfortable. We all slept really well The shower was hot and powerful! The location was very quiet at night and we felt very safe

There was only 1 and a half toilet rolls for 4 ladies for 3 nights. There was no tea towel provided to dry cups and glasses. The lock was stiff and the door was difficult to open

Very comfortable property. The beds were amazing and we slept well. Simple and Stylish with nice decor. Location fantastic. Easy access in and great communication by owner. I would definitely return. Some small additions could make this ten out of ten

If I am to be picky , few simple things to improve stay. Having basics like one clean cloth to wipe down and a tea towel please ( kept forgetting when out to see lovely Lucca!) I did feel cleaning standard could be higher ( dust on wood and skirtings) and corners in bathroom need deep clean.

Charming appartment, beautifully decorated, lovely garden views. Great location close to centre of Lucca and Palazzo Mansi.

Kitchen difficult to cook in - perhaps microwave could be moved off the bench. No basic supplies provided for travellers, such as tea, salt, pepper or olive oil.

Convenient location for touring city suitable for four

The place is spotless. Beds comfortable. Kitchen great. Lack of bath towels made showering challenging. Pity because bathrooms are large and beautiful

Fantastic apt within the walls of the old town

The apartment is in a prime location, within the walls of Lucca but not on a major thoroughfare so nice and quiet in the evening. The rooms were all clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen area had everything that we needed and having 2 bathrooms was a real bonus. The owner of the property was very responsive and answered any questions immediately. All in all a wonderful apartment in a great location.

The location of the apartment is brilliant. The apartment is so modern and has all the amenities that are needed for a wonderful stay. The beds are very comfortable and it was wonderful waking up to the sound of birds singing.

Beautiful appartment, comfortable and central to Lucca

Property was centrally located we were able to walk Lucca with ease. The unit was easy to access and well appointed very comfortable. Elisa was so nice to deal with would happily stay again and hope to soon. * Photos supplied are totally accurate didn’t get chance to take pics!!

Superb

Spacious apartment in a great location. We've enjoyed two large bedrooms with very comfortable beds, and having two bathrooms was also a great plus. Located in the very center, at the same time a quick reach to the free parking. Host is very responsive and caring.

A bit dark, but this is because of the ground floor. Would be great to change the lock as it needs some struggle.

A very comfortable stay in lovely Lucca in a stylish, comfortable apartment

This apartment was beautiful. The furniture and fittings were both comfortable and stylish. The host went out of her way to deal with a problem with the hand basin before we arrived.

Fabulous!

The property was well equipped and clean. Elisa, our host, was so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The lounge/kitchen area does not get a huge amount of light due to the trees and surrounding properties, but we weren’t spending a lot of time during the day in the apartment so it did not matter. It did not really affect our stay. There is very efficient air-conditioning and the shower has a good pressure. The beds are super comfortable and I genuinely just loved the feel of the place. The property was perfectly situated for us, it wasn’t in a noisy area, it was off one of the main roads and we appreciated it because it was quiet at night so we were not disturbed. You can be back in the hustle and bustle in around 30 seconds where the area is busier and surrounded by the restaurants and shops. As you come out of the property, two doors to the right is a great coffee shop called Antico Caffe. They serve superb coffees and pastries and snacks. The staff are so friendly. If you come out of the property and turn left, three doors down on the right hand side is the National Museum.

Not much natural light in the lounge/kitchen area.

Fabulous comfortable stay in the heart of lovely Lucca

The quiet but central location was great, 1 minute walk to an amazing local bakery. Perfect location in the centre of Lucca you were never too far away to return. Super clean, host very helpful with recommendations and allowing us to leave our bags a couple of hours after checkout time, would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to return if we came back to Lucca.

Found that the keys were a bit tricky to work but we just possibly didn’t understand the locks properly. There was coffee in the cupboards but some teabags would have been a great addition for us but no big deal.

Grazioso appartamento nel centro di Lucca

L'appartamento è molto carino, ben arredato e dotato di tre split per raffreddemaneto e riscaldamento. Nonostante sia un piano terra, la parte notte è luminosa. Molto utile la presenza di due bagni e due camere. Ne bagno più grande la doccia è molto ampia. La host Elisa è molto gentile e premurosa e risponde velocemente in caso di necessità. L'accesso all'appartamento è stato facile. La zona è tranquilla.

Purtroppo l'appartamento risente dell'umidità tipica di certi palazzi storici, soprattutto essendo un piano terra e di conseguenza nella casa si sente un po' del "tipico" odore dovuto all'umidità. La zona del soggiorno/cucina è poco luminosa. La dotazione della cucina è sufficiente, ma potrebbe essere ampliata. Il bagno più grande necessiterebbe di un porta asciugamani.

Appartamento ampio e confortevole situato nel centro di Lucca. Tutti gli ambienti sono dotati di aria condizionata e connessione wifi. Le camere sono ampie e i letti confortevoli, così come la cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario per restare, volendo, a mangiare a casa.
