Not worth staying in a room of someone's apartment.

Brignole B is NOT A HOTEL . Someone is renting rooms of an apartment. Be aware of the misleading description. It's not worth renting a room in some strangers apartment while you can get a decent hotel room for the same price in same location.

The environment was creepy. Did not feel comfortable sharing room of an apartment.

Esperienza molto positiva (peccato per i vicini, che non sono stati particolarmente educati)

Appartamento pulito e molto piacevole. Letti comodi e stanza abbastanza spaziosa. Affaccio della camera su Brignole. Check in facile. I responsabili rispondono subito alle domande.

Il bagno privato si trova fuori dalla camera da letto. Non è colpa dei proprietari, ma tra le 10 e le 11 di sera si sentiva un rumore piuttosto fastidioso che proveniva dal piano di sopra. I vicini di camera hanno usato il bagno e, invece di arieggiare e/o accendere la ventola del bagno, hanno pensato bene di aprire la porta che da sul corridoio comune. Il risultato è stato che c'era un odore orrendo, che è rimasto nel corridoio per almeno un paio d'ore, nonostante avessi aperto la porta del corridoio.

Excellent emplacement, excellent appartement

L'appartement est spacieux. Il est très bien situé, à proximité de la gare, mais également de la via XX settembre qui amène directement au centre historique. La chambre a un balcon sur lequel sont installées des chaises pour profiter de l'extérieur. La chambre est confortable. La salle de bains est à l'extérieur de la chambre, mais elle est privative. Il y a une cuisine pour ceux qui désirent se préparer à manger.

Posizione, self check in, cucina da poter utilizzare in autonomia. Ambiente comunque sufficientemente curato

La stanza ha un odore di tabacco che personalmente mi ha un po’ disturbata, anche perch cercano di coprirlo con un deodorante che forse è peggio.. il materasso fa un po’ il buco al centro

camera molto spaziosa con bagno privato. tutto ottimo. dalla pulizia ai servizi, alla posizione centralissima. eravamo già stati in questo hotel lo scorso anno. se riusciamo ci torniamo anche l'anno prossimo. ottimo anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

se posso lasciare una critica costruttiva, unico piccolo neo la mancanza di riscaldamento. la temperatura in camera poteva essere più confortevole

Biorąc pod uwagę lokalizację i wyposażenie, pobyt oceniam jako bardzo dobry w stosunku do ceny.

Świetna lokalizacja – blisko dworca Brignole, co było dużym atutem przy planowaniu wycieczek wzdłuż wybrzeża. Apartament znajduje się również w niedalekiej odległości od starego miasta i portu, a tuż obok jest Carrefour Express, idealny na drobne zakupy. Budynek wyposażony jest w windę, a samo mieszkanie znajduje się na 5. piętrze, dzięki czemu niemal nie słychać było hałasów z ulicy. Miłym gestem była też schłodzona woda czekająca w lodówce po przyjeździe – idealna po podróży.

Niestety, mimo wielu instrukcji rozwieszonych w obiekcie dotyczących zasad, inni goście ich nie przestrzegali. Cisza nocna była ignorowana, co zakłóciło nam sen tuż przed wyjazdem.

Potenzialità infinite ma grande delusione.

La posizione era perfetta e comodissima per le mie esigenze, dal balcone si vede la stazione di brignole, veramente a due passi. I cuscini sono in memory e c'è la scelta tra alto e basso.

Non ho trovato nessuna informazione nella prenotazione che mi informasse del bagno esterno alla camera. Fortunatamente in questo caso viaggiavo da sola, per lavoro e per una sola notte ma se avessi viaggiato in coppia sarebbe stata una cosa inaccettabile. Inoltre, cosa gravissima per le temperature di febbraio, sia al mio arrivo alle 21:45 sia la mattina il riscaldamento era spento. Consiglio il cambio del materasso, all'apparenza sembrava perfetto ma purtroppo si affonda.

io in questa struttura non ho soggiornato perché introvabile é impresenziata. Nonostante avessi preso accordi con la responsabile che ci saremmo sentiti al mio arrivo; il suo telefono é rimasto chiuso. Sono stato truffato di 80 euro; tanto che ho dovuto in fretta essendo l'ora tarda soggiornare in un altro hotel con un ulteriore spesa di 130,00 euro. Mai piu'prenotazioni tramite la vostra agenzia, vi farò una cattiva pubblicità anche perché interpellati i vostri collaboratori mi hanno chiuso il telefono in faccia: Il tutto é stato denunciato alle forze dell'ordine. attendo il rimborso per eventuale ritiro della denuncia.

Ottima soluzione

Bella struttura, situata in maniera strategica, dotata di tutti i confort e anche di balcone. Cucina attrezzata con anche una zona giorno ampia. Due camere da letto con due bagni separati che garantiscono privacy. Proprietario disponibile e gentile.

địa điểm rất tốt, cách nhà ga độ 100 mét. xung quanh có 1 số nhà hàng được đánh giá cao nhưng bạn phải đặt trước nếu không sẽ không thưởng thức được đặc sản vùng Genoa. Phòng ngủ cơ bản, nhà tắm sạch sẽ, khi tôi bật cả ấm đun nước và bếp điện thì bị mất điện khu vực này, phải bật lại cầu dao.

Giường có vẻ hơi kêu mỗi khi xoay trở người.
