location is great, the rest doesn't fit the price/quality ratio. The description is misleading.

Location is great

The description and photos were quite misleading: - it was stated "private bathroom" (Eigenes Bad), one had to leave the room and enter the common area to access the "private bathroom". It's "private" in the sense that you get keys to this bathroom, but not in the usual sense of the word (i.e. you don't have to leave the room to enter you bathroom) - the photos make an impression of an s room of much higher quality: large, room, sofa, kitchen - however, it's all part of an apartment, not the room, i.e. you share it with other guests. Probably, after some thinking one could figure it out, but I'd say the photos should be representative of the apartment without extra thinking. - there was constant in and out in the apartment, someone checks in and out into the next room, the cleaning stuff else kept there equipments in the apartment etc.

Staff sentito solo telefonicamente. Sono arrivato di domenica sotto la pioggia e invece di ricevermi mi hanno mandato una mail dicendomi che per prendere la chiave per aprire il portone sarei dovuto andare in un altro palazzo salire al quinto piano, recuperare la chiave e ritornare indietro.

Jammer dat we er niet konden koken en er veel kleine tekortkomingen waren.

Ruime kamer, badkamer en (gedeelde) woonkamer. Dicht bij station Brignole. Goed bed, terrasje.

We wisten niet dat in het appartement nog een kamer verhuurd werd. De kitchenette was slecht uitgerust : weinig bestek, geen flesopener, kapotte kurkentrekker. Gasfornuis buiten gebruik. De kamer en woonkamer waren vooral "gedecoreerd" met "do's en don'ts" : geplastifieerde A4-tjes met allerlei regeltjes. In de kamer stond een open kledingrek zonder legplanken of kleerhangers. Geen bagagerekje. Een piepklein schrijftafeltje. Aan een kant van het bed : kapotte lade in het nachtkastje, geen nachtlampje. In de badkamer : geen handdoekstangen, er was een bad, maar geen stop voor de afvoer. De dag van ons vertrek (voorzien om 10u) kwam de kuisploeg onaangekondigd om 8.30 binnen in het appartement.

Logement pas recommandable

La proximité de la gare ferroviaire et de la navette pour l'aéroport. L'arrivée en autonomie

La vétusté de l'appartement et des équipements (table de nuit cassée d'un côté), le manque d'eclairage dans la chambre ( 1 seule petite lampe de chevet), le matelas inconfortable car en incurvé en cuvette et qui glisse sur le sommier, le logement mal insonorisé (bruit de "moteur" ronronnant et de la rue toute la nuit), la salle de bain à l'extérieur de la chambre, les échanges avec l'hôte peu fluides. J'ai passé 2 nuits à ne pas dormir!

Ambiente pulitissimo e accogliente, arredamento minimale e di buon gusto. La stanza è all'interno di un appartamento composto di uno spazioso ingresso-soggiorno-cucina e due camere, ciascuna con bagno privato, esterno ma immediatamente adiacente alla camera. La posizione è strategicamente eccellente per chi si sposta in treno, essendo proprio di fronte alla stazione di Genova Brignole, ma in posizione elevata (V piano), luminosa e silenziosa

Ci tornerei sicuramente

Struttura pulita vicino alla stazione quindi anche comodissima. Bagno esterno ma privato e pulitissimo staff molto gentile ci tornerei sicuramente.

Abbiamo avuto problemi con riscaldamento e quindi abbiamo passato un po’ di tempo al freddo.

Camera centrale, pulita e spaziosa

La struttura e' al 5 piano (con nascensore) di un edificio nel centro citta' a 150 dalla stazione ferroviaria brignole. La camera A e' luminosa (2 finestre), silenziosa e spaziosa e dispone di un piccolo terrazzino arredato con vista sulla stazione ferroviaria di brignole, TV di grandi dimensioni, pulizia eccellente.

Il fatto che il bagno privato (ampio) e' esterno alla camera per qualcuno potrebbe essere un problema.

Struttura confortevole, pulita, dotata di tutte le comodità in palazzo molto silenzioso e ben collegato a tutto (stazione, centro ecc)
