O lugar é bem espaçoso e estava bem limpo. A localização é excelente: próxima à XX Settembre, da Piazza della Vittoria e da estação Brignole (metro e trens).
Não estava claro no anúncio que era um apartamento compartilhado. Apesar do quarto e do banheiro serem privativos, compartilhava-se o resto da casa. Na cozinha, sentimos falta de facas para podermos fazer nossas refeições. A cama do nosso quarto não estava confortável: o estrado estava torto, o que nos causou dores nas costas. O varal que nos disponibilizaram estava quebrado e portanto não pudemos utilizá-lo.

This is one of the best places I've stayed in. The location is the best you can find. There are shops everywhere, the train station is so close you can see it from the window, and the beach is a 20-minute walk away. The room is large and clean, has a TV, and a balcony with a nice view. The private bathroom has everything you need. The kitchen is also equipped; you can easily cook. If I ever return to this city, this is definitely the place I'll be staying.
Only the fan is terribly loud so it cannot be turned on at night. And you can’t leave open windows or balcony because mosquitoes eating you alive.

Vicinissimo alla stazione di Brignole, centro città facilmente raggiungibile. Silenzioso.
Fastidioso odore forse per scarsa arieggiatura dei locali o per utilizzo di detersivi con profumo a me non gradito. Ambienti comunque puliti.

Non era segnalato adeguatamente che in casa ci sarebbero stati sconosciuti con cui si sarebbe dovuto dividere l’uso della cucina. Inoltre la struttura è gestita da remoto da un’azienda di affitti brevi per cui l’assistenza è pressoché assente. Si faccia inoltre attenzione al fatto (questo era segnalato) che non ci sono condizionatori ma solo ventilatori
