Calm area with restaurants within a 5-minute distance. I chose because I went to a concert and very easy to go there.

I stayed in this house 4 times already. My favorite place when traveling with friends. The neighborhood have everything that you might need for daily basis and the express train really takes 12 minutes to Shinjuku. Yuri san is a wonderful host. Thanks always!

A nice, big house in a quiet neighbourhood. It is very accessible with the train (~10 min. walk), very fast to the center of Tokyo (Shinjuku). All necessary ameneties included (washing machine, etc.). You can seperate up to 4 rooms, so it is a cheap alternative for bigger groups.
The house is quiet old and not so clean. Washing machine is on the balcony, was dirty and had some hair in and outside of the toploader.

The place was very clean, offered toiletries, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, coffee, towels, and even a pocket Wifi! Fairly walk to supermarket and convenience stores.
