I had a wonderful stay at Palais Grace Tokyo and would happily stay here again. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. The bedding was especially comfortable—I loved the futon, and the attention to detail was impressive. There were both high and low pillows available, which made it easy to find the perfect level of comfort. The bathroom was fully stocked with shampoo, soap, razors, toothbrushes, and other essentials, making the stay very convenient. The building also has an elevator, which was a nice bonus. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and very local, with plenty of shops nearby. There is a Peacock supermarket just to the left, and several convenience stores, including FamilyMart, Lawson, and 7-Eleven, within easy walking distance. One thing to note is that it is quite a long walk to Sangenjaya Station. However, I personally didn't mind at all because I enjoy walking and appreciated getting plenty of steps in each day. There was also a slight smell coming from the toilet pipe at times, which may be worth checking. Aside from that minor issue, everything was excellent. A special mention goes to the host, who was incredibly attentive, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. Their hospitality was one of the highlights of the experience. Overall, I highly recommend Palais Grace Tokyo for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place to stay in a peaceful Tokyo neighborhood.
