Elixir Maison Daitabashi

Es hat sich wie eine eigene kleine Wohnung angefühlt im Zentrum von Tokyo! Die Haltestellen Meidaimae und Daitabashi waren sehr nah dran, sodass man mit ÖPNV gar keine Probleme hatte. 2 Kombinis sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist zudem auch gut ausgestattet.

Müllentsorgung für ein Aufenthalt von 2 Wochen war etwas eng. Generell ist die kleine Wohnung etwas kleiner als erwartet. Ich war da mit meiner Schwester, was in Ordnung war.

Propreté, calme et emplacement.

La serrure qui fonctionnait mal (puis plus du tout) à notre arrivée, la procédure de demande d’aide complexe et peu fiable (“envoyez une vidéo”: ou? Comment? L’adresse mail indiquée n’accepte pas les messages lourds…). Le manque d’une table pour écrire.

It was a functional space, and the location was excellent. I also enjoyed the large windows and an elevator in the building. Any noise came from outside. The building was quiet. The bed was large and fairly comfortable. I felt secure and safe.

It wasn't the cleanest upon arrival (visible hairs on bedding and in the bathroom). The throw pillows had some stains. The shower did not drain, upon investigation I found a clogged drain catch that had mold. Minimal cleaning supplies available (only a vacuum and laundry detergent) so I could not improve the space well without spending additional money. The plates provided were marred from overuse - plastic plates that had been microwaved too often. They should be replaced. The TV screen cut out regularly/had consistent neon streaks. Not a big deal but a noticeable, subpar item. The lock on the outside of the specific unit was difficult to navigate. Finally, the wifi was spotty. Be careful taking out the trash. Do it during the day. Just as in any large city, there were rats in the dumpster at night. I read previous reviews that mentioned cleanliness, so I was not surprised. Just disappointed. The TV didn't really bother me, as I didn't use it often. However, when I did, it was clear it was broken. I didn't want to have to purchase cleaning supplies, but I also HAD to wipe down the bathroom space prior to use. Thankfully, the space was close to three convenience stores. In general, it would be difficult to beat the location. That was the saving grace.
