とにかく綺麗で快適でした

良くないとまでは言わないですが、操作が悪かったのか地上波が見れなかったところくらいです。

The location is great if you want to stay a little outside of central Tokyo. It’s right on the Marunouchi line of the Tokyo Metro and especially convenient to Shinjuku, only a few stops away, which is also a short transfer away from Shibuya and Harajuku. You can also get to Ginza and Tokyo Stations without any transfers on the metro. It’s also walkable to a JR Station on the Chou line. The neighborhood of Asagaya is interesting and reminiscent of the Showa era, with a lot of small restaurants and shops along two covered shopping streets. There’s very few tourists so you get a good sense of how the locals live. The property itself also gives this feeling, being a typical 3LDK where a Japanese family might live.

The street traffic could be a little loud in the morning. Asagaya is interesting but it’s less lively at night and with fewer restaurant options compared to nearby neighborhoods such as Koenji and Nakano, so expect to spend most evenings in these places or around Shinjuku.

Very cosy, large and clean apartment, close to the metro station (5-7min). Great hospitality and we had all the we needed for comfortable stay.
