Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys, siisteys, Japanilainen tunnelma (tatamilattiat, liikkuminen sisällä ilman kennkiä), Onsen näköaloilla.
Hotellissa ei ollut a’la carte ravintolaa

Good location, cute property
There is no onsite staff which is fine, but I didn’t enjoy the messaging with the host. First to get required traveler info, which needs to be sent to some random email because it can’t be sent via booking.com, and then after that the constant messaging from the host, with various rules and reminders etc. I stayed at other hotels without staff during my stay where this was not an issue.
