Maison Shin Nakano 101 MS11

The staff were very responsive to my questions before and during my stay. They provided lots of information I needed ahead of time to make check in and check out easy. They were always there to help and listen. We stayed here with 3 people and the space was good for us. We're from Australia so we are accustomed to having more room. The appliances were new and came in very handy to cook and reheat meals from the supermarket. Beds were really comfortable. Pillows were the soft, fluffy type. The washing machine, at the time of writing, was a combined washer and dryer so it was super convenient. The apartment is very close to the main streets where we had access to many supermarkets and a variety of local and chain restaurants. It's only a couple of minute's walk to the train station that has lifts (for anyone with luggage). Super easy to get to Shinjuku and Tokyo station from this apartment (one metro line - Marunouchi line).
