Great location, very close to the station and right in the middle of a busy but peaceful neighbourhood. Easy walking distance to some lovely temples and gardens as well as other neighbourhood areas. The room was a clever design to make the best use of the space and had everything we needed for our 8 night stay. We would stay here again.

There was nothing we didn't like. If you don't like stairs there might be a problem as there is no lift however this did not bother us.

The location was good, a couple of minutes from the station, on a nice quiet street. Since I was talking Japan for a couple of extra days more than I originally planned, and then and due to my newfound need to travel to Tokyo, I chose this apartment as a financially conscious option. The bird was comfortable, the washing machine was easy to operate and so was the water heater.

I filled in a digital form at check-in, and kept getting messages telling me to fill in the form. The low cleaning rating I gave is not because it was unclean per-se; every single time I stepped into it the scent of the great excess of air deodorizer used, hit me hard. The amount of spray that they use was so excessive that I believe it gave me a headache, that is in combination with the AC which was always on since the apartment is covered in concrete and therefore is very cold otherwise. And adding to all of that. As this headache (which I only experienced in the apartment) kept hitting me for days, I struggled a bit to wake up at the check-out day, but as most of my luggage was packed, I left the apartment at 10:02, and yet I got an email about needing to contact the company and pay them for "overstaying". Needless to say, I will not pay for leaving late a couple of minutes due to a headache that this company caused me Highly disappointed, this was the very first time I've had a bad experience in any place of residence in Japan. P.S. The strobing blue light from the intercom, and the fact that you can't cover all of the light protruding from the huge window right by the bed are extremely obnoxious.
