Very clean. Super convenient. Less than ten minutes to both Shibuya and Shinjuku!
Daughter absolutely loved the Manga and was amazing to have cooking facilities, with a local supermarket and 7-Eleven less than 2 minute walk from the front door.
Kids complained about the firm beds but I liked them. We saw way too many stairs during our holiday so the last two flights to get to our accommodation was always difficult. I was underprepared by not knowing what the entrance of the building looked like. So we spent 10 or 15 minutes thinking we were lost. But the locals and the property owner/manager were friendly and helpful and we found the place in the end.

Loved the location on the place. Loved the style and the space. It was so clean and very. The location was very close to transport that can get you anywhere around Tokyo.
If you don’t like stairs I would think about if this is the right place for you. My daughter and I made the mistake of packing too much and buying too much so the stairs are challenge with a heavy suitcase but it wouldn’t stop me from booking again.

It took us a moment to figure out which stairway led to the home, but once we got our bearings it was exceptional for the remainder of our stay. Conveniently located just steps from a train station and situated in a wonderful little neighborhood with no shortage of yummy restaurants and convenience store amenities. And the home itself is clean, spacious and incredibly welcoming. You really couldn't choose a better place to stay.
Honestly we had no complaints whatsoever.
