About this apartment rental
At Tennis Club Villa you can walk to everything! This airy minimalist condo has been newly remodeled with a fresh neutral palette and striking lighting. Gorgeous new hardwoods, brand-new furniture. Steps away from the Roy Barth Tennis center, and a short walk to the beach, The Sanctuary, Town Center, and Turtle Point Golf Club. Beware: you'll never want to leave!

Our unit is located in East Beach, which is an incredible area. You're close to the tennis courts, beach, town center, night heron park AND the sanctuary hotel!
Parking: There's plenty of parking just outside the unit.
Turtle Point Golf Course: .5 mile away. You can go to play Golf OR have a bite at Tomasso's
Beach Access: the closest beach access is Boardwalk 27, which is a .5 mile walk/bike ride
Sanctuary Hotel: you're a .5 mile walk/ride
Town Center: you're a .4 mile walk to the Town Center, which has a convenience mart where you can buy beer/wine/staples
Night Heron Park: Night Heron is a .7 mile walk/ride
Bass Pond at Rhetts Bluff: This is a beautiful spot to view the marsh. You're .8 of a mile away.
Marsh Island Park Lookout Tower: This is a hidden gem that many don't know about. Cycle here for a beautiful view of the Marsh. Great spot for photos (2.4 miles)

We enjoyed our stay at this Kiawah condo. Conveniently located to bike and beach paths. Communication was easy and responsive. First time to Kiawah Island. Absolutely loved it.

Lovely, clean and comfortable condo for our stay! Chandler was a great host and very communicative. We had a small plumbing issue when we arrived, but he addressed it right away. We enjoyed our time there.

We loved our stay here! The host was so responsive and communicative, and the unit was clean, comfortable, and super cute and updated. Fun and modern versus old-school Kiawah beachy or floral, and we soooo loved the more modern vibe. Fun path to the beach past lagoons for alligator views, easy to play tennis a few mornings, and nicely central- not too far East or West on the island. Thank you so much! We hope to visit again!

Everything was exactly as represented and next time we come to Kiawah would love to stay in chandlers condo again . My wife is really picky ( we sent back our mattress at home 3 times) but said master bed was wonderful .
