We had a wonderful 2 night stay and would not hesitate to visit again.

The breakfast was lovely super fresh we had Greek yoghurt, muesli, fresh orange juice, toast and coffee. I had the overnight oats with fruit compote and apple it was gorgeous so I had it both mornings. Fantastic location for venturing to the Norther beaches. Lovely village and close to several other quaint villages with country pubs and local walks. You usually find there is something to mention even if its a bad hairdryer but there literally is nothing negative to say - even the hairdryer was a good one! Super clean and everything you could want or need was provided in the room. Perfect. Would love to visit again!

A very comfortable and high quality suite of rooms which is beautifully furnished

The suite of rooms was extremely comfortable and well furnished. AII facilities were of a high quality. Although within the host's house it felt very private due to its location within the house. The hosts were friendly and helpful. It was quiet and we were able to get a very good night's sleep. The breakfast provided was certainly enough but the optional cooked breakfast were first class. The house is a short walk from Old Huntstanton beach. We really enjoyed our stay and it would be at the top of our list next time we are in North Norfolk.

Wonderful trip to Norfolk.

Beautiful historical farmhouse perfectly located to take day trips around the North Norfolk Coast. The suite was wonderfully decorated perfect for relaxing after a long day of adventure on the coastline.

The hosts were warm and welcoming, offering an excellent in room breakfast.

Our stay was amazing but the farmhouse suites made it!

Absolutely everything! The location was beautiful, and the property was beautiful. The hosts really do go the extra mile with this B&B and went for quality over quantity for sure. Every little detail has been thought about, tiny little details that make the difference. We stayed in the Patrick Suite and it was stunning. The log burner was my favorite, and the bathroom, oh I could live in that bathroom! The room was absolutely huge! When I say everything was perfect I really mean it. It was very very clean as well inside and outside the property was immaculate. If you are wanting a peaceful and elegant place to stay, in a beautiful location, with fantastic hosts then this place is for you. We are already planning to return ourselves and also bring family with us.

Hidden Old Hunstanton Gêm

Everything! Patrick Suite was super with our own grand hallway entrance. Attention to detail and great decor. Wonderful huge comfy bed and great bathroom with BATH!. Tasty continental breakfast and delicious scones. We also enjoyed the peaceful garden with a glass of wine and a book after the busy beach. . Fantastic to leave the car and walk to and from beach and restaurants. Don't miss 14C St Mary's church nearby. Vicky is such a warm,and welcoming person and super host. Very responsive to texts etc. Thank you! We're already thinking of our return visit!

Breathtakingly wonderful. We were spoilt and yet we felt at home

Everything, the hosts were amazing and the suite was stunning .If I could give a higher mark than 0 I certainly would. All the little things from greeting us upon arrival, showing us to our rooms and even getting up early to see us safely off made the whole experience wonderful. Will definitely come back here again as it’s a treasure.

Pure Perfection!

Before arrival we received a lovely message from Vicky & Graham with full instructions for parking and where to locate our room key should they not be in. Upon arrival, we were stunned by the beauty of this old and lovingly cared for property, stunning is an understatement. We were greeted by Vicky and shown to our room, the Pull Suite, a real show stopper! Gorgeous Art Deco eclectic decor and historical pictures of the owners giving the room and lovely cosy and welcoming feel. The room offers all you need and more, from the gorgeous Queen Bed to the spacious lounge/dining area, dressing room and gorgeous bathroom with separate bath and shower. The in - room breakfast is fabulous, suited us as there was no need to rush to breakfast giving you the pure relaxation that fits with the whole vibe of this B&B. The views of the gardens and beyond, with Eagles & Monk Jacks to boot was a sheer delight together with a beautiful garden area to relax under the stars, also being minutes walk from the gorgeous beach and Norfolk Coastal Path. Sheer delight, pure perfection and did not want to leave.

Cosy yet spacious. Beautifully and tastefully decorated and everything had its rightful place. It felt like home from home. Everything had been considered. Everything was well looked after and maintained. Garden was really pleasant and peaceful. Cleanest property to have stayed at (ever!)

I cannot think of anything major. Just wish we had the entire B&B to ourselves (both up and down) as we were really considerate of noise being in the upper section of the property.

A perfect place to stay!

We stayed in Wallis suite for a couple of nights in April. I would say that this is just about the best UK accommodation I have ever stayed in . The location is fabulous. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby and the village is quaint and quiet. We were ever so lucky because the weather was fantastic, but even if it had been less sunny then it still would have been lovely. It is a short walk to the dunes and the wide sandy beach which goes on for miles. All the furniture in the suite is comfortable and it’s decorated with such style and finesse. Breakfast is lovely and the hosts were helpful and friendly. I would have no reservation recommending this accommodation for a luxury break. I hope we can return at some time soon.

Perfect for a one night stay

Breakfast that came with the room was so lovely, was plenty and so nice to sit at our own table, location was lovely, very quiet, and walking distance to the beach/restaurant. The welcome was really nice and polite, overall a wonderful stay, would stay again and recommend. Thank you.

The property was amazing. We had the garden view, Wallis suite. Clean, modern and great quiet location. 5 mins walk to Old Hunstanton lovely sandy beach and 20 mins into Hunstanton. We opted for continental breakfast too in our suite. Plenty to set us up for the day. The garden was great too. Early morning deer and a stag wandered past in the field out the back. The room was topped up with refreshments and table re-laid for breakfast the next day. Clean towels etc too and general service. private parking space off the road. Friendly hosts who checked to see if there was anything needed. We couldn’t have asked for anything better for a three night last minute break.

A perfect escape.

The accommodation was immaculate and fantastic, with the bonus of a lovely sitting room and outside seating. The location is perfect, the local pub was great and Vicky was really friendly and made a lovely breakfast. We'll definitely go again
