We had a wonderful stay at Lakeside B&B in Old Hunstanton and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly break.
Clive was an incredibly attentive and welcoming host who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We were travelling with our 2-year-old daughter, and it was lovely to see how family-friendly the B&B was. They even provided Peppa Pig plates for her at breakfast, which was such a thoughtful touch! A cot was also supplied for us, making our stay even more comfortable.
Our room and bathroom were lovely and spotlessly clean. We also had access to a beautiful little rose courtyard garden, where we were able to sit and relax in the evening while our daughter slept peacefully in her cot.
The continental breakfast was lovely, and one of our favourite parts of the morning was enjoying the beautiful lakeside view. Our daughter particularly loved feeding the ducks after breakfast!
We had such a lovely stay and will definitely be returning in the future. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lakeside B&B to all of our friends and family. Thank you, Clive, for making our stay so enjoyable!

The location and setting of lakeside is fantastic. It was easy to walk to Old Hunstanton, the beach and cliffs and local restaurants and pubs. The grounds, including the former reservoir, are peaceful and interesting, with local wildlife. We enjoyed relaxing with a beer and glass of wine on the terrace overlooking the lake.
Our ground floor room (No.1) was spacious, airy, well presented and equipped. The small private garden was a bonus.
Continental breakfast was fresh with lots of choice.
Host and staff were charming and helpful. We also appreciated that dogs were not allowed.
