Location and quality of the food, character of the building
Not a flaw, but would have liked to have a better view from our room. Would have liked to be able to warm up our coffee from a carafe on the buffet table without having to wait for server to be free to bring it.

Great location. Pleasant staff. Interesting building
Breakfast was acceptable. Dinner menu was really pedestrian so we cancelled and went again to the pub next door-you're missing a trick there as the location is great

£18.50 was a little ridiculous for breakfast per person per day. We were shocked at this. It's def not worth this and obviously at the upper end of what they can charge. Any more would be crazy. Clear profeteeing. Its a nice meal and some serial. But not 5 star gourmet.
Breakfast price. Bar prices for wine. Old building clinging on.
