Very spacious. Excellent location. Suited our group dynamic of 2 couples. The communication was excellent and the lady who met us was nice.

Would have liked a toaster. The showers (water pressure) weren't the best. The stairs up to the entrance to the property were steep and in need of some tlc.

The location was amazing, close to the water taxis and San Marco. The inside of the property was beautiful, really felt like I was in Venice but modern too (the art around each room were unique and beautiful).

This isn’t necessarily a bad thing as stairs are everywhere in Venice but it is on the third floor. However the views up there are worth it

Clean, Spacious, Conveniently located to major sights, off the canals, great view with balcony, homelike environment, lots of information given about the area, generous host (met us before check in, ordered water taxi for our group, showed us VAT tax refund shop and sent sites for places to eat).

The apartment is on a 3rd floor walk up with no elevator. Don’t let that discourage you though. it’s well worth the climb. One of the showers had a slow drain.

Fantastic location and equipped with modern appliances

Apartment was very well equipped but - No toaster - Windows (living room) leak water (rain) onto smooth granite floor - slip hazard - 2 Tissue boxes within apartment - but: both were completely empty on our arrival. - TV Remote - batteries dead and so old - both batteries seriously corroded - Nespresso machine - 1 pod only - Previous occupier's personal belongings blatantly obvious (spectacles, vape device left sitting top drawer in living room - It seemed quite obvious that the room cleaning / preparation was not done properly. The 51 steps up to the 2nd (3rd???) floor were VERY hard work give the very hot conditions at the time
