Amazing location, very close to St Marks Square and the Doge's Palace, as well as restaurants and shopping. Property was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were adequate. The host was very pleasant, gave great directions for getting from the train station to the property, met us at the door with the keys and showed us around the property. 5 stars from our family.

Location, good heating, clean
No facilities to store your luggage. The check out is at 10.00 am and you need to move all your suitcases (no elevator in the building) by yourself to storage (10 mins walk up &down the bridges).
The apartment is more than simple, with many traces of tapes on the walls (seems it used to be pictures or whatever but now you can see the pieces of tapes everywhere), the furniture ( the bed in particular) is storm beaten
