The apartment was the perfect size for our family, in truth even bigger on arrival than anticipated. Inside facilities including full kitchen equipment was great, although we did not cook it was very useful for snacks and morning breakfast. Two good size bedrooms, bathroom and quite large living and dining area. It was centrally located in Venice and very easy to get to from the train station. Close also to the Grand Canale for vaporetto and visits out to other islands. Could not recommend highly enough

The booking information we had noted two sofa beds in one room and a large double in the other - perfect for our family of 4 travelling. On arrival there was only one sofa beds, and one large double bed. We were able to makeshift a bed with cushions etc for our youngest teen, however anything more than out few nights would be have been uncomfortable. In talking with the owner it appears a booking.com issue with an updated advertisement however I would encourage you to check the bedding configuration via a message before booking if this is critical to your stay.

The apartment is located perfectly in the city center - only a 7min walk to Marcus square or Rialto bridge. It was clean. Rooms are quite generous, well equipped kitchen.

I would have wished a bit more proactive and timely information from the host. Still, all my questions have finally been answered. Sleeping couch was not prepared - needed some time to figure out how to open it.

Central location, great air conditioning. Smart TV handy for the evenings. Was permitted to check in a little early which I very much appreciated
