San Zaccaria Apartment

We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the vaporetto and within easy reach of all the amazing attractions Venice has to offer. Alessandra and Lucca were exceptional hosts. Communication was excellent before and during our stay, and Lucca kindly met us at the vaporetto stop and walked us to the apartment, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our arrival completely stress-free. They also recommended some fantastic restaurants and shared lots of helpful local tips that made our visit even more special. Our time in Venice was truly unforgettable, and to top it all off, we were lucky enough to see Maestro Andrea Bocelli perform, making this trip even more magical. A heartfelt thank you to Alessandra and Lucca for your wonderful hospitality. We felt so welcome and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Venice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars from us—thank you for helping make our trip so memorable!

The apartment itself is absolutely stunning—beautifully decorated, spotless, and finished to a very high standard. It really felt like a special place to stay, and the hosts were fantastic throughout—friendly, helpful, and very responsive, which we really appreciated.

Unfortunately, the experience was significantly impacted by the noise at night. There is a bar next door, and although there isn’t loud music, there are large groups of people outside talking and shouting loudly until nearly 2am every evening. The noise carries directly into the apartment and makes it extremely difficult to sleep. After a few nights, this became very draining and affected our overall trip, as we weren’t able to properly rest or fully enjoy our time in Venice. It’s a real shame because the apartment itself and the hosts are excellent, but due to the consistent late-night noise, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
