Residence located in the Historic Centre of Venice, just 300 metres from St. Mark's Square and less than 10 minutes' walk from the Rialto Bridge. The residence consists of two distinct and adjacent apartments that are very similar: each apartment comprises a living room with sofa bed and dining table, a kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upon request, 4 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 12 people. Check-in time: 15:00 to 20:00. The apartment was fine, the stairs were unexpected and tough. Location was great.

The apartment was in a great central location in the city! There was plenty of space for our group of ten. The air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms, but there was none in the central living space. Those sleeping on the pullout sofa beds were very hot. The apartment was on the third floor. It wasn't a problem but the narrow and steep stairs needs to be highlighted in order to prepare guests better.

Apt and location were very good Stairs were not. Listing says 3rd floor, there are 4 flights to climb with luggage. Very difficult for all!
