Apartament był czysty, było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy, zgodnie z opisem w ofercie, jedyny mankament jest taki, że do drugiego pokoju i łazienki nie dociera klimatyzacja i jest tam bardzo duszno ponieważ klimatyzator jest tylko w kuchni, ale jest wentylator i jakoś sobie poradziliśmy, kontakt z obsługą był szybki i bezproblemowy

Great location, nice and private. Good shower and bathroom facilities. Great internet speeds on the wifi. Well setup kitchen with coffee and basic essentials for cooking (oil, salt, pepper).
Window above the front door can't be covered and shines straight onto the head of the master bed. Air conditioning unit has a very bright display which lights up the whole house at night. Hard to sleep without it in summer but having it on requires an eye mask.

We stayed for three nights and loved Monopoli.. Although the apartment is not in the old town it is only a few minutes walk away. The place was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. There is a well supplied kitchen for self catering but the cafes and restaurants in the old town are very close.
The apartment is on streets laid out in a grid with a well signposted one way system but a sat nav is very useful.
The owner does not live at the property but nearby and is available by phone.
The property is on the ground floor and the door opens straight into the kitchen area. Apart from that door and a window into a very small enclosed open space at the back there is not much natural light and no outside place to sit. This is not really a fault of the property as presumably they are all like that but more us not being more careful with our choice.
