Lokalizacja świetna, nie przy głównej ulicy, do centrum życia ok. 10-15 minut spacerem. Apartament odpowiedni dla grup do 8 osób. Jedna z dwóch łazienek jest przy pokoju, więc trzeba to wziąć pod uwagę. Okolica, jak i całe Monopoli, wydaje się być bezpieczna. Samo Monopoli to zdecydowanie jedna z najlepszych, o ile nie najlepsza lokalizacja na pobyt w regionie Bari.
Nie ma do czego się przyczepić, jeśli chodzi o apartament. No, może przydałby się jakiś ostry nóż, ale to dotyczy większości apartamentów, nie tylko we Włoszech. Trochę problemów z parkowaniem w okolicy, ale przy odrobinie inicjatywy zawsze się coś znajdzie i nie trzeba na to poświęcić więcej niż 5-10 minut.
