Przestronność, czystość, komfortowa duża łazienka, obszerne szafki na odzież, zaplecze z pralnią, prasowalnią, dodatkowo duży ogólny hol wyposażony w zaplecze kuchenne, klimatyzacja cicha, duży parking - zabezpieczony bramą wjazdową na posesję. Bardzo miła obsługa.
Słabo uposażona kuchnia, brak kompletów noży kuchennych, deski do krojenia, ręczników papierowych, niewygodne plastikowe fotele, hałas w otoczeniu generowany przez sąsiadujące zakłady jak serwis samochodowy itp. Hałas z ulicy uniemożliwiający w ciągu dnia korzystania z tarasu.
