The Apartment had every we needed for our 4 night stay in Monopoli and we especially loved the outdoor space! Super clean and beautifully decorated, it’s about 20mins walk into the centre on Monopoli, there are beaches 2mins across the road, a supermarket behind the apartment and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The owner was super helpful and friendly and even helped us get to the station when we were leaving! A really wonderful place 🤩

Ótima localização, afastado do movimento do centro mas ainda assim acessível a uma caminhada de quinze min do centro histórico. Stefano foi muito atencioso e disponível. O apartamento é novo, impecavelmente limpo, confortável, equipado com tudo que se pode precisar inclusive se optar por cozinhar. Há básicos como temperos, café e havia água na geladeira! Cozinha com todos os utensílios. Há ar Cond, dois banheiros, máquina de lavar, cama confortável, toalhas e lençóis ótimos. Minha estadia foi perfeita. Não tem garagem mas estacionamento em frente é disponível. Recomendo muito a hospedagem como base para visitar a Puglia.

The apartment was in a very convenient location for us, very close to the beach and a moderate walk from the old town. The best equipped kitchen we have ever experienced. Parking in front of the house. The owner was very nice and accommodating.

The location of this apartment was just a few minutes away from the next beach and about 15 mins away from the city which we really enjoyed. Also there is a new shuttle service from the beach to the city for free! The IKEA furniture is new and you can find everything you need. The host and their cleaning guys were very kind and they tried everything to make us happy. Wifi was super fast (about 600 Mbit/s Down- and Upload)

The price of this apartment is a bit too high as there are noisy construction works from the new building in the oppsite of the apartment. It seems the working process will last many more months to be finished. So be aware of some noise in the morning and under the day. Also you can hear other neighbours through thin walls under the day. Unfortunately the silicon sealing in the bathroom was broken so when you take a shower, the water flow under the toilet and stay there. This caused a bad smell. You should fix this anytime soon. The plants in the apartment are all made out of plastic – that was very sad.
