Casa Cometa - vista mare

A vista para o mar/centro histórico e a localizado são ótimos. Instalações são boas. Alguns itens para reparo apenas. Receptividade do anfitrião é ótima

L’emplacement près de la plage et à distance de marche du centre historique. La terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Appartement grand, confortable et bien équipé.

L’adresse donnée au départ n’était pas la bonne mais la personne ressource nous a trouvés. L’éclairage dans la chambre à coucher, le manque de prises de courant, les oreillers trop gros et le manque d’explications concernant les vidanges et le recyclage. Il manque de tables à café dans le grand salon.

Wyjątkowe mieszkanie. Jak dla dwóch osób nawet za duże. Nie korzystaliśmy z jednego pokoju. Wszędzie czysto i przyjemnie. Gospodarz przywitał nas bardzo serdecznie. Był bardzo pomocny w kwestii znalezienia lokalizacji obiektu, bo my kierowaliśmy się lokalizacją wskazaną w Google, a ta kieruje pod inny adres (następna ulica). Myślę że to wato by było skorygować. Obiekt dysponuje zamkniętą strefą parkowania, co okazało się wygodne i bezpieczne. Mieszkanie na 4 piętrze z windą i widokiem na morze. Po prostu super.

Nie było takich rzeczy, które powodowały by dyskomfort. Może tylko trzeba poprawić lokalizację obiektu w Google.

Non working single air conditioning in the living room only made it extremely difficult to sleep in the apartment bedrooms; we ended up sleeping in the living room! It was extremely hot in the apartment. The air conditioning was not blowing cold air at all, it was only moving hot air around. The fan we requested was not working properly, but was creating crazy loud noise. Ants were a problem for the first three days, then after spraying, the issue was controlled. Many non-functioning minor items in the apartment: faucet and shower head spraying water everywhere; bathroom handle was broken. Overall, expectations were a lot higher for the apartment, disappointed
