Greenwich House

Our stay completely met our expectations. The first thing we would like to highlight is the wonderful hospitality of the owners, a mother and daughter, who were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They greeted us warmly despite our late arrival, and throughout our stay they responded very quickly to every question or request we had. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the bathroom with two sinks, which made it convenient for two people to get ready at the same time. Parking was never an issue, as there was always space directly in front of the house. Another great feature was the large terrace with comfortable chairs and a sun umbrella, perfect for relaxing. The historic center is about a 15-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the town without needing the car. The owners also run a pizzeria that opens after 7:00 PM. We tried it and can definitely recommend it—the pizza was very good. If you are planning to explore Apulia, this apartment is an excellent base for day trips. If you prefer spending time at the beach, there are many beautiful beaches nearby, especially around Capitolo, where you can choose between fully equipped beach clubs and free public beaches. Parking is available at all of them. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this apartment.

The only small thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi connection, which occasionally disconnected for no apparent reason. It wasn't a major issue for us, but a more stable internet connection would make the stay even better.

Struttura che ha soddisfatto appieno tutte le nostre aspettative anche oltre. Sin dall'arrivo siamo stati accolti dalla proprietaria in maniera solare, l'appartamento è molto accogliente, con ampi spazi, pulizia impeccabile, fornito di tutti i conforta e ben curato in tutti i dettagli.. Situato in ottima posizione a pochi minuti dal centro, dalle spiagge e da supermercati. Proprietari sempre disponibili per qualsiasi evenienza.. Ps: voto 10 ma se potevo mettere 100 lo avrei fatto volentieri 😊consigliatissimo

La zona circostante la struttura mi è piaciuta, molto tranquilla e ben servita. Le spiagge sono vicine come anche i vari supermercati e il centro di monopoli

The appartment view turns out to be the back site of the building. In between the railroad and a very busy road at the front. Next to a garage, repairing tractors. Far too expensive.
