An exceptionally kind, polite, and helpful host! Close to the Europspin supermarket and several beaches, both public and private, to choose from. The old town is a short walk or bus ride away, with a 10-minute bus stop. The conditions were fantastic! Sunbeds, umbrellas, and beach chairs were provided, and there was a beautiful terrace, air conditioning, dishes, and pots. Everything you need was just like home! Everything was incredibly well-maintained and clean. Beautiful design. We loved this place with all our hearts. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We'll be back. Many thanks to Mr. Damiano, who picked us up upon arrival in Monopoli, considering the heat and the distance from the train station to the apartment. We were pleasantly surprised! Fantastic!

Apartament bardzo czysty, wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne. Są nawet leżaki na plażę. Tuż obok sklep. Lokalizacja genialna- 3 minutki do pięknej plaży, 15 minut do starówki. Kontakt z właścicielem super- o wszystko można poprosić i zapytać. Serdecznie polecam

Bardzo ładne i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie, idealne dla rodziny, zlokalizowane na 1 piętrze, narożne z balkonem, na nowym osiedlu; bezpieczna i dość cicha okolica, parking zawsze dostępny; supermarket tuż za rogiem. Najładniejsze plaże Monopoli w zasięgu kilkuminutowego spaceru (Cala Paradiso z pięknie położonym barem na klifie, Tre Buchi - im dalej od centrum w kierunku Capitolo tym plaże są piękniejsze z ładnymi klifami). Do zabytkowego centrum 20-30 minut spacerem wzdłuż morza (plaże im bliżej centrum tym mniej ciekawe dlatego oceniłem lokalizację na 10 mimo tej odległości do zabytkowego centrum). Gospodarz Damiano sympatyczny i kontaktowy. Dworzec kolejowy, który dobrze komunikuje całe wybrzeże jest też w zasięgu spaceru. Polecam.

nie wiem, nic mi nie przeszkadzało a byłem już w wielu miejscach ..., no chyba że miejsce pomiędzy osiedlem a plażą przeznaczone na cyrk :) . Ale w czasie mojego pobytu nic tam się nie działo.

Nous avons aimé être proche d'une plage. Nous avons apprécié la propreté des lieux, la mise à disposition d'un lave-linge.

Nous n'avons pu nous endormir qu'à 02h00 du matin 3 nuits sur les 7:une simple route séparait notre immeuble d'une fête foraine récurrente placée sur un terrain vague prévu à cet effet,à Monopoli,sur cette période(autour du 13 au 16 août).Impossible d'ignorer cet état de fait,comme a tenté de le faire notre hôte,qui ne nous en avait évidemment pas informé. De plus,au vu du standing,nous avons regretté qu'il n'y ait pas de micro-ondes,ni de mini lave-vaisselle,ni de simples fauteuils(juste 2 auraient été les bienvenus en sachant qu'il y a de la place pour cela).
