Extremely comfortable with wonderful courtyard. Great location.
Instructions for rubbish removal were confusing. No facilities or bin outside home. Need to provide an outside bin for food waste as per other homes.

The location was excellent in the historic old town area! Very close to restaurants. The apartment was well equipped. We were provided with bottled water, a bottle of wine, snacks and coffee pods. All much appreciated. The apartment was also spotlessly clean. We loved the outdoor patio area. Communication with management was excellent.
Due to the ZTL zone (which we were aware of) and local construction, it was a bit more of a challenge to reach the apartment with our luggage than we anticipated. But we managed nicely. There are steep stairs to reach the apartment that people with mobility issues should be aware of. These minor things were not an issue for our group.
