O proprietário estava à nossa espera e mostrou-nos a casa. Area exterior muito bem concebida, com mesa e cadeiras para refeição exterior e espaço verde.
Éramos 6 adultos. Num dos quartos, cama de casal, e 2 camas individuais sobrepostas. no outro, cama de casal normal. Colchões ok. Casa de banho com duche e janela exterior, com máquina de lavar roupa. Espaço sala e cozinha ok. Não cozinhámos.
A casa tem fácil e rápido acesso à praia e uma vista fantástica. Tinhamos 2 carros e foi relativamente fácil estacionar.
A praia perto da casa é pequenota e rochosa. Os locais colocam as sombrinhas entre as rochas e têm calçado próprio para as praias rochosas da zona
Não há ATM por perto. Para compras de supermercado é sempre preciso carro.

Apparemment très propre, bien placé avec de l’espace.
Il manquait des poêles pour cuisiner et des poufs pour s’installer confortablement au coin salon.

We have stayed at the villa ( назва ) from the 26th till 29th of Sept 2025.For some of us it was the second time we have picked the same villa,and we brought new guests to enjoy the amazing location - when you can see the turquoise waters of the Adriatic straight from the porch.The greenery and flowers around,the table outside where you can have your morning coffee and afternoon cocktails🥰,it’s that Italian “dolce vita” we have been waiting for a year 😍
The villa itself is super comfortable,the kitchen has got everything one can imagine,so you can cook( our advice would be to bring the groceries from Monopoli,Capitolo has got very small shops with limited selection.But you will not starve of course 😁.
The beaches on another hand are way better than in Monopoli.So if you are seeking serenity,or some perfect spots for photoshoots - you should come here 🌊
The landlord is very attentive and helpful.
