Casa Velia

La excelente ubicación. El dpto tenia todo lo q se necesitaba. Un detalle importante está en planta baja , algo poco común en Monopoli. La Sra Marinela siempre atenta a cualquier cosa q pudiéramos necesitar. Es súper recomendable.

The host, Maria was great, thoughtfull with our needs and welcomed us very warmly. I appreciated the cold water from the fridge and the local biscuits that we received when we arrived. We had everything we needed in the accomodation: in the kitchen, in the bathroom and the beds are confortable, we slept good. The location is very good, you are very close to every objective. There are lots of caffes, local bakeries, groceries right on the same street. And in the evening right next to the Casa Velia you can eat a good pizza. And of course, beaches are also very close. One of them in at 3-4 minutes walk. So, yes, I recommend Casa Velia because of the warm host and its central positioning.

The pizzeria which is next door has also a downside, because while waiting for the pizza some people use to sit on the front door entry and it can be disturbing later in the night. But as I said, the pizza is good, so I understood the traffic 😀

The location is perfect - neer to the historic centre of Monopoli and the sea. There are many coffeehouses and restaurants around and a pizza restaurant on the next door. The apartment is very nice, nothing is missing. Maria is very kind and really helpful. We have a lovely time there and we will back soon, I'm sure.

Cisto, osoblje ljubazno, lokacija odlicna.

Od lokala su napravili stan koji je napravljen kao celina od zajednickog dvorista svih stanara u tom delu je natkriveno sa leksanom i kada kisa pada lupa i nema spavanja, kroz stan se ulazi u neki podrum a u stan se ulazi direktno sa ulice kao u lokal.
