L'emplacement est absolument idéal, en plein coeur du magnifique Centre Historique de Monopoli. La Cala Porta Vecchia était en travaux lors de notre séjour, mais de très jolies plages sont accessibles à seulement 10 minutes à pieds (Spiaggia Cala Incina par exemple). L'appartement est assez grand, et la terrasse sur les toits est appréciable pour prendre le petit déjeuner à l'extérieur en regardant voler les hirondelles.
Rien de grave, mais une chasse d'eau faisait un petit bruit au premier étage, et l'eau chaude semblait un peu limitée.

Location and cleanliness. Host representative was very good to work with and responsive.
Doors were so difficult to unlock. Had to actually kick the wooden door to help it not stick and the metal door key you needed extreme strength in order to turn the locks. They are both probably original doors hundreds of years old with very old locks.

The location of this apartment is excellent; right in the tourist areas with access to all the sites. Also, Pier is an excellent host and attended promptly to our WhatsApps and questions.
The steep stairs might be an issue for older people or those who are less fit/agile. Since the apartment is so centrally located, it was quite noisy at night.
