Delightful 50sqm apartment in the heart of the historic center of Monopoli.
It is completely new, it is excellently finished and there is no lack of touches of class. It is located a few steps from the sea 30sqm. It is located on the ground floor and is particularly recommended for elderly, disabled people (also with wheelchairs), in fact in the structure there are accessories that help people with motor deficits. The position of the apartment allows you to experience the country in absolute tranquility, without the need to use the car. It is located in the center of the old town and located nearby by historic squares, surrounded by noble palaces: ex. piazza Palmieri, piazza Vescovile, the municipal villa and one of the largest squares in Puglia, "Piazza Vittorio Emanuele" (called "the village"). The house has all the useful services in the neighborhood: supermarkets, the fresh fish and fruit market, bars, shops, pharmacies and anything else that can be useful during your holiday.
The house is ideal for a relaxing holiday, by the sea and why not, also with healthy night fun.
It is perfect for a romantic escape in a characteristic structure.
In the historic center there are numerous clubs: typical trattorias, outdoor bars and night clubs within walking distance from the house, while, at the Chapter coast (district of Monopoli), discos and pubs for young people.
There are free parking spaces both near the castle of Charles V and near the port.

We stayed for 3 weeks in this historic apartment. Absolutely beautiful. Giacomo is a fantastic host who was very friendly and helpful. Very responsive to all our needs. The location is absoluetly perfect. Steps from the castle and beautiful water views. One note is that there are two restaurants located right outside your front door. This could be a problem for some if you are not a night owl because the noise ( especially on weekends) . This is a spacious apartment with a large bathroom. In our opinion, we feel this apartment would be best suited for a week or less. (Because of the noise and some small amenities lacking for a longer stay)

My husband and I spent three weeks in this lovely apartment in the beautiful centro historico of Monopoli. The location was perfect, it was well described on the site accessible (no stairs), near the Castle, the port, close to restaurants, mini market and attractions. Giacomo was very attentionate and helpful. We felt at home and safe. Grazie mille Giacomo

Monopoli is even in winter a perfect location to spent some time. Our host Giacomo Comes was very helpfull with extra tourist information. Apartment was OK for guests in wheelchair, especially the bathroom accomodation.
