The locations was perfect, and the apartment itself was very cute and clean. The kitchen was well stocked as well. We used it everyday to make breakfast and lunch so that was very helpful. But above all, the host was absolutely lovely! Valeria was wonderful. She was available for any questions I had, both before and during our stay.
There were some small things that made our stay a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom in the main bedroom was not the most comfortable. It was a wet bath, however due to the size, the entire bathroom became wet during showering. It was also missing a toilet paper holder. The main bed was also not great, it slumped in in the middle. It felt like you were sleeping on a hammock, so we didnt get the best sleep.

Una garanzia! Avevamo già soggiornato in questa struttura due anni fa, in occasione della nostra solita visita annuale al PhEST, e riconfermiamo pienamente la nostra scelta. Purtroppo, lo scorso anno non era disponibile nelle date in cui siamo tornate a Monopoli. Posizione ottima, in pieno centro storico; ambiente accogliente, pulito e confortevole.

A good location in old town but at busy times I feel the area could become noisy due to nearby cafes. The kitchen was disappointing. The bed was not good. I think a new mattress is needed. 🤔 Valeria was a good host and communicator.
