Great location, in the heart of Monopoli and very close to cafes/restaurants but still away from the main buzz and noise. The owner was nice and polite and check in was quite straightforward. Quite spacious with a lot of space to place luggage etc.
Due to the type of the accommodation, there was a smell of dampness and there was zero natural light. There was a small rear balcony that was not welcoming due to smell of birds.
The price made sense for the proximity to the old town but not to the state of the place.
A decent place but nothing too special or comfortable. The cash only policy was also a bit annoying.
