We have stayed at Casa Nilla a number of times and everything is excellent. The apartment is very comfortable, located opposite Cala Rosso (a public beach), and the view of Monopoli Old Town (a few minutes walk away) is stunning.
There are many restaurants nearby, but a special mention of a new neighbourhood trattoria Maccaroni.
As usual, Paolo was very helpful with any issues.
Free parking is readily available nearby.
Monopoli is a great town for an extended stay, and Casa Nilla is the perfect place to stay.

Easy check in. very clean and roomy. The view is fantastic. It was very well equipped and the host is unbelievably responsive and very helpful. Also, it’s a one min walk to a free beach. Cherry on top was the washing machine in the apartment.
Nothing I didn’t like.
But if you require accessibility access it would be hard.

Lokalizacja doskonała - do ładnej plaży dosłownie chyba ze 200 m, spacerem na stare miasto wzdłuż morza jakies 15 minut, obok obiektu wiele darmowych miejsc parkingowych (początek czerwca). Piękny widok z balkonu na morze. Sympatyczni gospodarze, w lodówce butelki wody, cola na powitanie. Wygodny nawet dla 4 osób, obszerny apartament, wszystko dostępne (ręczniki, kosmetyki), dobra kawa z ekspresu. Co zwróciło naszą uwagę to czystość - perfekcyjna ! Gratuluję utrzymania takiego stanu :)
Poprosić żeby ludzie nie jeżdzili ulicą tymi głośnymi skuterami. Ale może się nie udać :)
