Location and the view.
Nothing. It was awesome. Just a few upgrades on the fixtures, fitouts and in the bathroom would be nice

The apartment is large and has a very nice view out on the lake. The location in town is very convenient for shopping and to take a stroll on the lakefront promenade. The kitchen equipment is "no thrills", but you'll find what you need. The small balcony to the lake side is very nice to sit, relax and enjoy the view.
The bathroom and kitchen are both a bit dated, and the floors in the living and bedrooms are squeaky; you can also hear the squeaky floors from other apartments above. To get into the parking garage (about 100 yards away) can be very cumbersome because after dark the door does no longer open automatically as you approach, so you have to get a key from a mailbox to enter the garage and hope that nobody else has taken the key. If they did, you wait.

The location is so near to the train station and grocery store. Of course the view is superb. The amenities are complete except there is no washer/ dryer. Definitely will stay here again if I ever come back to stay around here….

TV channel range is excellent!
Compared with other property costs i guess value for money is ok.
Flat is not properly clean. I can deal with the furniture and decor being dated but it's not properly clean. Someone has hoovered and changed the sheets but cups and dirty etc
It says it has washing machine and dryer - IT DOES NOT.
Extra charges for parking and swimming pool
Cleaner who came to explain parking did not speak English or German.
Unclear communication when i asked question to host on parking, washing machine etc
