The room environment is very nice. Mountain view. The staff is very good.

They don't provide soap or shampoo for bathing. No one takes soap or shampoo with them when staying at a hotel. They should have provided soap and shampoo. Hopefully they will provide soap and shampoo to everyone in the future.

Dissapointing service

We were two people and booked a double-room with a common shower/toilet. Good things: - room was spacious - good furniture: wardrobe with enough hangers, a lot of hooks for cloths in the room, wash basing in the room, table with two chairs, hairdryer, balcony with a nice view - beds and pillows very comfortable - the room was sparkling clean, fresh towels

- no possibility of self check-in - the gate for car is closed after 22:00 and you cannot open it and park safely on the territory that you PAID FOR even with a key-chip - breakfast was poor - few bread, 1 egg per person, a bit of jam, 4 slices of meat and 4 slices of cheese. Not a buffet, no vegetables, or musli, or yoghurt. When we asked for a second egg - even that was not given. Tea in tea bags, coffee - from automatic machine. There are better cafeterias in Ehrwald that serve decent breakfast. - also breakfast time is only from 8:00 - too late for mountain travelers The most dissapointing part was with the self check-in and the car parking. Nowadays services should adapt to the self check-in requirements for the comfort of the guests.

we did not get the room we booked. instead of a queen size bed we got two single beds which was disappointing. They told us there are no more rooms free and we needed to stay in the two single beds room. They wanted us to pay the same price for that room.

Superb

Nice room in camp area in Lermoos. Every room have big balcony with stunning views of Zugspitze. Really cosy pub in area. Near this camp area is big park with children playground, so for families is it really great choice. All staff was kind. Check-in was without problems, our stay, breakfast and check-out also no problems, so I can recommend it.

Rooms were excellent, the location near Zugspitze great (we had perfect views) and the hosts went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable! The restaurant was great and the food and service there were a highlight of our trip!

Het is wel wat gehorig! Buren hadden elke ochtend om 06.00 uur de tv aan, dat hoor je wel! Ontbijt is prima maar verwacht niet teveel.

Mooie ligging , prachtig uitzicht op de Zugspitze . Fijne kamer met bank, tafel en 2 stoelen en wastafel . Toilet en douche op de gang , erg schoon . Het ontbijt was prima .

De ontvangst verliep niet vlekkeloos , onze kamer was niet klaar , we hebben een uur moeten wachten voordat we onze kamer in konden . Slechte communicatie .

Urig-modern, gemütlich und herzlich

Ein super süßes Zimmer, das erst kürzlich renoviert wurde. Eine tolle Mischung aus urig und modern. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich!! Die Lage ist perfekt, innerhalb weniger Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Ortsmitte. Frühstück war ebenfalls herzlich vorbereitet. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Gemeinschaftsbad schreckt zunächst ab, ist aber gar kein Thema. Es war jedes Mal frei, wenn wir es nutzen wollten (drei verschiedene Räume) und war stets sauber. Alles super!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon mit Sicht auf die Zugspitze. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück gab's für 10€. Es war schmackhaft, frisch und ausreichend. Etwas mehr Abwechslung beim Aufschnitt und etwas Obst hätten wir uns gewünscht.. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Einkkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Bis zur Zugspitzbahn ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A barátságos személyzet tájékoztatást nyújtott a környékről, és számos brosúra is elérhető volt a szálláshelyen. Szép, tiszta szoba. Vízforraló és tea biztosított. A közös fürdőszoba és WC tiszta és rendezett volt. Nem kellett várnunk zuhanyozásra vagy WC-re. Tökéletes szállás egy éjszakára, nagyszerű kilátással.

We hadden de comfortkamer met eigen badkamer. Ruime kamer met groot bed. Theefaciliteiten. Parking voor de deur. Goede wifi. Lermoos is een heel fijn, idyllisch plaatsje.

Karig ontbijt, slechts 2 witte broodjes/pp, 1 portie confituur en enkele sneetjes beleg, gekookt eitje. Geen fruit, geen yoghurt of muesli. Geen stopcontacten aan het bed. Prijs veel te hoog door aanrekenen van supplementen zoals 15€ extra voor verblijf van slechts 1 nacht, 4€ kost voor boeking met 'Bookings', 10€/pp voor het karige ontbijt, 10€ voor hoofdseizoen.
