Peaceful, lovely restful house in a perfect location for our stay

The view from our balcony was stunning and so peaceful too. We had the best two nights sleep here. Good coffee for breakfast, eggs and a lovely selection of different fruits set us up for a long day of hiking. The room was spacious and so clean. We had a fabulous stay. Buses not to frequent on the weekend so needed to check times carefully and once walked back from Ehrwald through the meadow which was very easy and pleasant walk

Best stay in Lermoos

Our stay at Haus Lermoos was the highlight of our long vacation. If you’re looking for a quiet, super clean room with incredible views and a kind, attentive staff, stay here. My mother, small dog and I had been on the road for a few days now and were looking for some peace and quiet. Tucked away from the main road but close enough to to walk to the main road (2-3min). It was our little haven after returning from hiking and exploring the area. Our room was so clean, beautifully decorated and the perfect size for us. We had a gorgeous Mountain View (I’m pretty sure all the rooms here have great views) and the balcony and chairs outside our room were great for winding down in the evening. The bed and bedding were so comfortable. It seriously made it difficult for us to get out of bed and go adventure. Breakfast was very clean and had a good selection of fresh and dried fruits, meats and cheeses, breads and vegetables. They even remembered our drink order which is always a nice touch. Any interaction we had with the staff (a lovely family) was great. We felt very taken care of. If ever in the area again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here!

Lermoos Vacation

Perfect location for Hiking and Biking Vacation. Quiet, jet close to Center, Bus,Gondola, Restaurants, Tourist info. Patricia is very nice and accommodating. Great breakfast buffet. The view from the Balcony is stunning. Hope to come back 2022

Een fantastisch verblijf op een hele fijne locatie.

Haus Lusspark ligt in het centrum van Lermoos. Een paar honderd meter van centrum/ supermarkten en skilift. Alles is lopend te bereiken. Wij hadden het penthouse, met een geweldig uitzicht op de Zugspitze en het dorpje met haar witte kerktoren. Alles aan dit appartement was luxe. Wij hebben hier een geweldige week gehad met 6 volwassenen en een peuter. Peuter en ouders hadden een eigen 4 pers. app. in hetzelfde gebouw, maar verbleven veel bij ons in het penthouse. Dat was ruim genoeg en had alle voorzieningen voor 6 personen.

Zou niet wat kunnen bedenken.

De locatie was perfect. De kamer werd elke dag goed schoongemaakt, wat ik als een fijne service heb ervaren. Het ontbijt was lekker en vers, en elke dag kreeg ik verse koffie. Zeker een prettig verblijf.

Wir konnten komplett abschalten.

Die Lage war super. Wir waren mitten in Lermoos, hatten aber keinen störenden Lärm. Fußläufig (direkt an der Gemeinde) gab es eine Ladesäule für Elektrofahrzeuge, die ich täglich genutzt habe. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat uns Tipps gegeben, was wir unternehmen können.

Tolles Frühstück, schönes Zimmer mit kleinem Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher, toller Ausblick, ruhige Lage, tägliche Zimmerreinigung, Spielzimmer im Haus, zum Lusspark mit Spielplatz muss keine Straße überquert werden und viele Aktivitäten für Kinder und Familien im Ort! Wir kommen wieder!

Super hotel met prachtige omgeving!!!

Prachtige ligging, goed bed, mooie kamer, vriendelijk personeel en goed ontbijt, kan het iedereen aanraden!

Enigste minpuntje was dat we een airco miste op de kamer, want was 34 graden op die dag. Maar aangezien Leermoos 90% wintersport gericht is snap ik dat een airco in de winter niet nodig is. Wij waren er als overnachting op de doorreis van Zuid Italie naar Nederland midden Augustus.

Die Zimmer waren ausreichend eingerichtet, der Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge traumhaft schön. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Frühstück war liebevoll zubereitet und in Buffet-Form angerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam.
