Location location location!
For a foreigner it can be difficult to locate if communication is not exact and clear, especially at night after a long days travel.

Location was perfect but the " hotel" was basic
it was realistically a floor of an old apartment block with very steep staircase up to it
because of the size the bedroom opened straight out into reception - not ideal
it wasn't loud but if there was anyone in reception everything could be heard from the room
as above the size and compactness of the hotel

Perfect location. Hosts not on site most of the time, but always available on whattsap/text
Some people make a fuss about the steep stairs. This is not a hotel, it is a guest house style. Steep steps are normal for this old type of building. Not a problem at all unless you have mobility issues or staying for a week with heavy luggage.

The actual room was clean but very run down. The bathroom was grubby and needs a revamp.
