You can make your own breakfast in the kitchen at all hours. Quiet. Cool. Large room.
No view from the room. The staff were quite nice, but the return home each night didn’t feel welcoming.

Location and facilities are great
The breakfast is minimum and one particular staff who didn’t speak English was rude.

We had booked two rooms. One was very small with the bathroom across the hall. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was within walking distance to many restaurants.
But... warning... the metro (tram) runs right in front of the building. We had one room in the front of the building and the passing metro actually vibrated the beds. It was even very loud in the room in the back of the building, with a view of the alley. We were here only two nights and lucked out with the metro begin on strike the second night, so we could sleep.
