Location was perfect, owner was extremely friendly.

The location / neighborhood is really great. The staff we met were very nice and kept our room very clean. It was nice to have the little common-area kitchenette to make a morning espresso.
The shower is small. It seems like a petty thing to comment on, but I’ve been in a lot of small European showers and this was probably the smallest. Even taking 6 inches from the bedroom to increase the shower would have been good enough. BUT I don’t think this alone would prevent be from staying here again. It’s also a 3-story walk-up so if you have a lot of luggage be ready for that (it pays to pack light!).

The location is fantastic. The man who met us was on time and pleasant.
Zero historic charm. Lots of narrow stairs. Room had a strong disinfectant. Windows did open though.
