A charming hotel located at the base of the ski village of Malbun. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was warm and welcoming. The restaurant had delicious food, and breakfast was just what we needed to start the day. I would very much recommend this hotel.

Poor overall would not recommend and would not stay again

Food massively over priced for what you get (my order was €32 not worth €10) stated veal and sausage neither arrived tiny piece of beef dry pork and a bit of chicken and the rest was cheap fries. My wife’s meal was lukewarm. Got woke up at 7am by the building site next door (travelled along way the night before which the hotel knew about only to be woke by hammer drills at 7am, I’d suggest more awareness for your guests No black out curtain, this has to be a basic requirement for a €145 a night room Access road closed with no prior warning No tea or coffee in the room this should also be a basic requirement No cooked breakfast This is clearly high profit low customer satisfaction hotel I would not recommend and would not stay again The road to the hotel was closed so there was a unclear diversion which was stressful, rang the hotel for directions and they were very unhelpful ( literally said follow the diversion which they later admitted 4 other guests had problems with Positive young guy who worked there was very helpful

Absolutely recommended

Everything on this place is special , you cannot compare it to other hotels , you feel like you traveled back in time 100 years ago, you feel the vibes of how the old days of 1920s , the location, the staff, the lunch meal, the view and the vibes are absolutely incredible, I strongly recommend it to anyone who want a new complete experience

Exceptional hotel right by the ski slopes

Exceptional hotel up at the top of the road in Liechtenstein's only ski resort. Large comfortable rooms, solid wooden furniture, balcony views out to the ski slopes. Delightful staff. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious. There is a sauna, and also a games room with a pool table, table football and a library.

As always, staff professional and friendly. Food and ambiance exceptional. Check in and check out smooth and easy. Whenever travelling through the area, we always make sure to have at least a one night stay in the hotel. We consider it our home in FL.

This place is wholesome. The staff is very friendly and the scenery is extremely beautiful. The village really feels like some paradise hiding in the Alps. I really enjoy my stay and wish to be back again.
