It’s very clean, tidy and comfortable. The breakfast was good and there’s a food shop next door and a bus stop right outside the hotel.
I don’t have anything I didn’t like about the property.

The breakfast was excellent and the location of the hotel was perfectly placed to reach treviso by walk or bus and then onwards onto Venice. The rooms were quiet.
Our room was a bit hot, we asked the staff to lower the temperature of the A/C and they obliged but it stayed a bit hot regardless; however, opening the window resolved the issue.

Modern and clean
Swimming pool and gym only open during g very limited hours so couldn’t use it.
Breakfast good but food in restaurant in evening was poor.

Reception staff was pleasant
The rooms are tired, bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, hairdryer holder and top of the shower glass were disgusting, bottom of the shower glass also with some mold. Toilet splash was leaking. Behind the window, there was a moderately noisy construction. Coffee at the breakfast undrinkable, luckily there is a nice cafeteria 500m away.
