Staff was wonderful--efficient, warm and helpful.
parking was narrow, room temperature and amount of towels in room. During winter temp should already be warm when we check in and I would've liked nicer toilietries (amount, quality) and more towels.

Such a friendly and welcoming family run hotel.
Very helpful in advising on bike hire and other things. Excellent breakfast . Great having a single room. I like walking so distance from old town not an issue.

Great location, also right by the city bus station, excellent and friendly staff, breakfast was amazing, freshly made and delicious.
The mattress on bed was not good, feels like it should be replaced by the new one soon.
