A truly amazing estate. Beautiful surroundings. We stayed two nights for the second time after a few years. The on-site staff are very friendly and allowed us to have a glimpse into the private garden of the owner’s main building. Great location if you drive there (!), as you’re close enough to do a day trip to Venice, nearby wineyard villages, Jesolo beaches, etc. all within reach under an hour. Added tip: The family-run restaurant “L’Incontro” in Treviso’s old town. A fantastic local experience, still run by the pleasant owner and his family for over 50 years. Some of the greatest food in Italy!

Mind that this property is a protected heritage building (an annex to the owners' main building) and comfort is rather limited. The studio space is large, but added single beds are just foldable metal frames; rather uncomfortable even for kids. Value was a bit tight for the money this time. We actually booked this place for a second time because it was filled with dozens of freely roaming peacocks during our first stay -a most remarkable experience at that time. Meanwhile all the birds have left the estate, so our experience was a bit sad.

A unique place to stay. Welcomed by warm staff on this private property. Evrything well explained. Authentic building with modern comfort. Very comfortable beds. Safe and quiet. Parking possibility.

For us it was fine, but take in account you have to arrive at this proerty before a certain hour. This is perhaps inconvenient to some travellers.

We stayed in the loft, and it was simply wonderful. The outlook over the field in the "backyard" was a wonderful sight to wake up to. Wandering the property and meeting the local cats made for a beautiful relaxing experience. We are truly lucky to have properties like this accessible to the public (or at least those that can afford it). The gardens are immaculate and the loft was huge and the kitchen well equipped. It was a dream come true.

You will be sharing the property with tour guests, which just means that you will need to park 200 meters from the apartment (still on the property though; it's in the overflow parking area) - but it's a lovely stroll, and you can park right at the door to load and unload your gear. You will not have access to the main ornamental garden unless you take part in a tour that will cost 10 euro per person. There is only a hand-shower in the loft, which mean you will need to sit down in the bath and shower which is not befitting of the luxury the property otherwise exhibits - I hope this is corrected.
