Location, cleanliness, comfortable bed
I prepaid my stay on booking( the host also charged me for 5 nights city tax in advance). Unfortunately I had to stay one night in Udine due to health issue, the host didn’t mention about the refund neither for the room nor for the night of city tax

The main kitchen and common areas were hot and humid. No AC, not sure why?
