Well located, clean, comfortable room. Air conditioning stood up to 38 degree heat.
Overall disappointing. I expected a boutique hotel/guesthouse but rather it 8was a very impersonal lockbox type experience. I booked a family room thinking it would be spacious but it turned out to be a smallish bedroom with a small kitchenette (not allowed to be used). There was very little light as the only windows gave out on inner courtyards/back alleys. Maybe other rooms are nicer.

Very comfortable room. Easy to find and high-tech access with no fuss. Very central. We had the 'rugby room' with the skylight. Cosy, comfortable, very smartly decorated, great bathroom. Good value

Imagine you are staying in a designer's house. Appartment looks great, are very clean and very well equipped with everything for a perfect stay. Bed is very comfortable and large. Location is also perfect, in the center and very close to shopping areas and old city. I am fully grateful to the staff for accommodating our last moment arrangements.
