Perfect Location

The location is spot on in the center of Treviso. It is so easy to walk to the train station. The room is comfortable and spacious. It deserves 10 out of 10.

Very pleasant stay in the heart of Treviso.

The room was very charming and spacious. It is located in the attic and features a lovely small rooftop terrace with a splendid view over the rooftops of Treviso, including the two major towers—the cathedral and the city hall. The rooftop terrace is an ideal spot for enjoying a morning coffee when the weather allows.

The low-level, or at least what we found very interesting, is the setup of the shower and toilet. Nothing that makes your stay very uncomfortable, but it is at least a bit strange: the bidet is with the shower, and the sink is with the toilet seat, and those two places are actually two separate rooms, not that close to each other.

Booked & within hours had flight problems. Direct messaged hotel & got confirmation could arrive a day later. Receptionist on multiple occasions also agreed to reconcile with manager when we checked in. However, was billed for 4 nights not 3 - be aware

Excellent value for money for location and a budget conscious traveller.

Excellent location by the Piazza. Our suite was a very good size for a couple with a 3 night stay. The room was cleaned every day.

The terrace on the suite was unusable, only furnished with one rusty chair and polluted by the incinerator vent. The towels and bathroom amenities were sparse and low quality. Wifi was ok but sometimes slow. No problem unless you’re relying on it for work.

Really enjoyed Treviso and the hotel location was great

The location was great. Very central to everything. The staff were very helpful.

Poor lighting. We were in the attic suite and it was very dimly lit, especially at night. There was a small patio that could have been great but there was no furniture and it needed a good clean up. There needs to be a buzzer at the front door for reception to let you into the building when you first arrive rather than making you make an international phone call to let them know you were there. In the mornings the small elevator and narrow hallways were crammed with the cleaning equipment and supplies. Things are a little run down with broken tiles and a few things needing attention. Perhaps some of the other rooms in the building are nicer.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay

We stayed in four different hotels whilst in the city and this was the best. The bed was so comfortable we had an apartment with a terrace which overlooked the square towards the clocktower. It was absolutely worth the money. Lots of space, very comfortable. A nice area to relaxing outside and inside. Close to everything that you wanted shops, restaurants, sights all within a few minutes walk. It’s a little difficult to find but the owners sent a video which you must watch in order to find it without any problems. It’s so helpful!

There is only one drawback and that is that you cannot bring the car to the daughter unload your suitcases. And finding parking nearby is a nightmare. The roads in Treviso are very difficult to navigate as there’s a lot of one-way systems and roads which appear to be open on the satnav, but when you get to them are closed

Centrally located modern and secure apartment. Coffee machine and kettle. Small fridge/mini bar. Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. We arrived around 10am and our bags were stored until the room became available. Great communication too.

Excellent location

We enxtremely enjoyed our stay. Communication was excellent, and the staff was extremely helpful and organised. The location was perfect, it's on the main city square, it's a lively place with noise but closing the door and we had a peaceful night sleep. We stayed in a very comfortable room with a terrace. If we didn't have other plans, we would have stayed for another few days. Would love to come back. And on top of all, Treviso is just beautiful.

- Central location, right in Piazza dei Signori - Easy check in with code - Coffee machine and a few coffee capsules - Window facing the square - Vintage / authentic feeling, but very comfortable beds and totally new shower

- Sounds from the street, some of which added to the experience, but some did not - Limited kitchen facilities

Was under the impression from the booking that it was a hotel but turns out to be rooms only Position - couldn’t park anywhere near the place and the parking lot only opened at 06h00 and I had to leave for airport at 05h30!!

Nice stay in central Treviso

Very central location and comfortable room

There was no possibility to add a “no disturb” sign at the door to avoid the daily cleaning of the room. Unfortunately the cleaner confused for rubbish some glass items that we wanted to keep as souvenirs. I think the hotel could be more eco friendly providing recycling bins in the room and giving the possibility to avoid the daily cleaning at the client’s discretion. Also the shower water pressure was very low and this should be looked into.

I enjoyed my entire experience staying at Palazzina 300.

The room was exceptionally large for Italy. There was a sitting room with a futon separated by a door for privacy. The bathroom was very large. Our room overlooked the piazza and couldn't have been a better location. The train station was only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I stayed in two different rooms on two recent visits - both beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The staff were also friendly and incredibly helpful. On my first visit, arriving at night, I dropped my phone in the cab getting out at the hotel. One of the reception staff the next day made many phone calls to the taxi companies and finally, to my relief, finally tracked it down. It's the sort of assistance and service one gets from a really excellent hotel.

Fabulous boutique hotel right on the main piazza in Treviso. the hotel and staff were exceptional and we really enjoyed

Location was central the room was spacious and the bathroom well fitted out. The staff were exceptionally helpful and communication from them was proactive and made our stay easy and very enjoyable. The restaurant Linda recommended for us was fabulous. we would definitely stay here if we find ourselves in Treviso again
